Veggie Galaxy

Veggie galaxy is a diner located in Cambridge’s central square. They are a vegetarian diner and vegan bakery. Their diner, though marketed as vegetarian, has a large variety of vegan options as well.

I decided this evening to try my black with the black bean chipotle burger and went with the “Kendall” option. Named after the famous square in east Cambridge. The burger was cooked well and tasted very decision, it was flavorful and slightly dense. I also can’t complain about the fried onion rings that came on top as well. It came with a side of arugula and mashed potatoes, I asked for fries but they were unable to provide.

This is probably my third or fourth meal at Veggie Galaxy since starting the vegan summer, and by far the best one yet (at veggie galaxy that is) However, it’s important to note that, though vegan, is still a diner and of diner like food. Greasy, salty, and delicious.
